The second guest room has a queen-sized bed and private bathroom, while the third guest room has two queen-sized beds in addition to its private bathroom. Each bedroom, and the living room, has a flat-screen television.
Conveniently prepare meals and snacks in the fully-equipped kitchen, featuring sleek black appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The condo can easily accommodate large family meals, comfortably seating for six at the dining room table and additional seating at the kitchen bar and outside on the private balcony.

The condo was beautifully furnished and updated! The views and amenities were perfect. We would’ve loved to have a smart tv in the kids room but it didn’t stop us from having fun! Love Portofino!

The place is nice, overall clean & comfortable. There are no personal touches, or amenities (think more like a hotel stay than sharing someone’s condo). This was only a minor inconvenience-not a show-stopper. If you like a blanket while you sit on the couch, etc., consider bringing one from home! We woke up on day 3 to loud construction on floor above us (when we called, propoerty management said construction is allowed Mon-Fri 9a-5p). There was nothing posted to indicate construction would be happening, though, so when you book, be aware construction is a possibility during those days/hours. I sent a message to Carrie & she responded right away (& all construction noise also stopped, coincidentally??). Overall, this is a great place. Views are out of sight!
