About this cabin rental

Country cabin in the Smokies. One level Ranch style! Located not far from exit 407. Only 10-15 minutes from Sevierville Event Center and Soaky Mountain Water Park.

Property is one level. Fully fenced in area for pets( not the full house)

Pets allowed. $89 per pet. Pet fee not charged during booking will be requested after booking

Parking is flat. Will fit up to 4 cars.

That said, we’re nestled in a genuine rural community, and our neighbors are part of that countryside landscape. If you’re looking for a resort-style setting, this may not be the right fit. But if you love authentic country charm with a comfortable, updated home base, you’ll love it here!

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and appreciated the owner's communication throughout the process. The cabin was very clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. Check-in was easy, and the check-out instructions were clear and simple to follow.The owner also gave us a heads-up about the gravel driveway and recommended using the alternate entrance, which we appreciated. That said, the alternate gate was quite narrow, and my Ford Explorer just barely fit through. The gravel was also very loose, making it a little challenging to navigate.The cabin itself feels private thanks to the fenced property, and once you're inside, it's easy to relax. However, the surrounding neighboring properties are somewhat overgrown and include a broken-down vehicle and a dilapidated barn, which isn't the most inviting first impression when arriving or leaving.One area that could use some attention is pest control. We encountered several insects inside the cabin during our stay and noticed a gap under the front door where some appeared to be getting in. Sealing that gap would likely make a noticeable difference.Overall, the cabin was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we appreciated the host's communication and hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is absolutely beautiful and is the perfect place to book if you enjoy peace, privacy, and plenty of space in a country setting while still being conveniently close to town.My grandchildren especially loved the spacious hot tub and gathering around the fire pit in the evenings. The home itself was very comfortable, with beautiful bathrooms and an excellent walk-in shower that was especially easy and convenient for me as an older guest. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with family and friends.

The inside was nice. However, directly across the driveway was an eye sore. Driving into the property felt like driving into a junkyard with an abandoned run down camper and car meeting you at the end of the driveway. There was a lot of trash and run down buildings right outside of the property. I personally wouldn’t have stayed here had I known what it looked like. Also, if you plan to use the hot tub make sure to bring bug spray. The screen netting around the enclosure was ripped and it was flooded with mosquitos.
