There are 6 parking spaces available on the property and shared storage for bicycles. Pets are allowed on request. Parties, loud gatherings, and unregistered guests are not permitted. The property has no interior steps. If you wish to check in after midnight, please notify us in advance via the booking platform. To avoid disturbing neighbors, noise is not allowed after midnight until 8 a.m. This property has strict recycling rules. Please check the recycling instructions upon arrival.
The deposit is refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided that no damages have been reported.
For stays of 10 nights or more, electricity consumption is available for an extra fee.

Lovely, spacious and comfortable villa, with great views. The property has all the amenities and facilities you may require, and in good condition. Clean and hygenic. Enough space and privacy for a family of 8. The out door space was fantastic, with a bbq, sun loungers and a kids play area. Great fun and safe for children and pets. The manager was extremely friendly, helpful and accessible. Highly recommend!! Would definitely return!
