About this cabin rental
You'll love the quiet of the country with modern charm. The Honeymoon Cabin is one of the 5 Cabins of Lakeview by Sue Barn Venue. With its own lake view porch too, it holds a maximum of 3 guests (including the ladder accessible loft for one). When not being rented along with a wedding/event, it is offered here for a quiet stay.
Along with a grill and firepit (fuel provided), it comes with all the kitchen accessories you may need, comfy bedding, and plush towels. It has a TV and Wifi. The little lake is steps from your front door where you can enjoy a little fishing or a peaceful stroll. Bring your kayak too. No Swimming allowed and boats with motors are not allowed on this lake.
1.2 miles down a dirt road but only 3.5 miles total from a very small town, you'll have access to a great little grocery store and other lovely shops, but often they close earlier than most expect. Come prepared with food if you are arriving late.

This cabin is the perfect place to get away from it all, but in comfy conditions. We enjoyed breakfast and evenings looking at the lake and seeing turtles, birds, cranes, a bald eagle, and fish! The cabin has everything you need for a comfy stay. You are only a few mies from town, but it seems like you are further than that. Definitely pick up groceries in town because you will not want to leave to shop. I wish we had time to eat / shop at the Rustic Duck beside it, but time just not permit it. The locals raved about the food there! The owner of this wonderful hideaway also has teepees to stay in! It’s such a neat place! The host couldn’t be any nicer! We are hoping to come back to the area next year, but planning to stay a little longer just to enjoy the scenery! Don’t miss this GEM!
