About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on the first floor. From the living room, you have a magnificent view of the Wadden Sea. The spacious terrace faces southeast and west. The beach is just a 7-minute walk away. Good restaurants and shopping are in the immediate vicinity.
This lovingly furnished two-room apartment features a cozy living-dining area and a double bedroom with a large built-in closet. The separate kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, four ceramic burners, and various small kitchen appliances, is perfect for cooking. The shower room and the small hallway with a coat closet have also been recently renovated, and all three rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.
Out of consideration for the other apartments in the building, small children are unfortunately not permitted in this apartment.
The house is surrounded by a 1,400-square-meter garden lawn. From the living room, you can access the terrace, which faces south, east, and west and offers a view of the Wadden Sea.
