About this apartment rental
Only 15 minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge to the rental in San Rafael. HOT PRIVATE HOT TUB (not shared), HOT ROCK SAUNA, JACUZZI, PETS OKAY. $60 Pet Fee. Several shopping centers and restaurants are within walking distance.
Abusive hygienic use of the hot tub resulting in a drain, clean and refill; A $75 fee will be charged.
2 person maximum at all times, including guests.
Check-out is at 10 AM and check-in is 3 PM. No early check-in or late check-out. Thanks.
The age limit minimum is 25 for the primary renter.
Attached studio apartment with private entry. Totally separate. There are no carpets, but clean ceramic tile floors with a sky-lite and ceiling fan above the bed. An ELECTRIC FIREPLACE, non-heating with 3 different colored flame choices. Pets allowed $35 fee; ( please pay the pet fee on the VRBO site). Shedding dogs must be keep brushed Uncontrolled barking not allowed as well. If you go out and leave your dog alone please don't leave your dog alone the first night. Please pick up dog poop in the fenced yard. We do have a small fenced-in yard. .
You have your own private entrance. One queen bed. Full bathroom with jetted tub. Your own private hot tub, hot rock sauna, and small patio garden area. Bed linens and towels are provided.
Full kitchen with stove top and oven, double-sided refrigerator, convection microwave oven, utensils, cookware, and more. Barbecue lovers - gas grill is provided. This studio is attached to a primary structure and is totally private and separate, with its own entrance and private patio with outdoor dining area.
Neighborhood restaurants are a few blocks away (a couple just a walking distance).
This unique place is located in the northern part of Marin County, with easy access to Hwy 101 and many places that San Francisco Bay Area has to offer. Our local farmers market is nearby, open every Thursday and Sunday.
Restaurants are within one to 2 blocks away. A block away from a major supermarket.

Directions were very detailed and well communicated. The vibe I got from driving up in the property was very sketchy. Not a well maintained esthetic property. We did love the two massage chairs that were in the room. The bathrooms toilet and showers were clean. The floors did need to be swept. The counters in the kitchenette could have used a good wipe down before we arrived. We enjoyed the hot tub! I guess we were talking jwith raised voices because we did get a pounding on a wall which I believe was ment to be a warning. Granted it was after 10pm I totally understand. Honestly didn’t think it was necessary it was just two people talking. One of the drawbacks for having the owner living at the VRBO property.
