Quiet Area close to North Hollywood Red Line Station connecting you to Hollywood Blvd Walk of Fame and the Wax Museum. 20 Mins to DTLA and LA Live. This single family home has two floors. The upper level is where you’ll find the living area kitchen, laundry room and the master suite. The lower level is the Brown Room. There is a queen size bed, and a leather sectional with a pull out sofa bed. This room also has a large Samsung flatscreen TV and ceiling fan. The bathroom is beautifully done with a marble window sill and stand up shower.

Very chic two level home. The owner/manager was very attentive to any questions. We loved the location as access to most attractions was so easy to navigate.

Absolutely loved our stay! Very clean which is extremely important to me. Updated and modern, yet very comfortable. Great location and we felt very safe. Our family went to Universal Studios which was very close to the house. There’s a Ralph’s close by for groceries. We look forward to returning!
