Joplin Queen Guest Room located on HWY 270, 2 1/2 miles from resort. 2 Q.
LOCATED ON HIGHWAY 270, 2 1/2 MILES FROM THE MAIN RESORT
Our Joplin Inn Queen Guest Room has two queen beds.
The full size bath has a shower only.
This unit has a flat screen TV, small microwave, personal sized refrigerator
and a four cup coffee maker. Daily coffee is provided in the unit.
This unit has free wireless internet and cable television available.
The rate for this unit is based on two guests. There is an additional charge
of $5 per person per night for each additional guest. This unit is non-smoking
and pet friendly (pets are an additional $17.50 per night).
This unit does not have a hair dryer, iron or ironing board.
Please note that smoking of any kind is not allowed at this property. If we
find evidence of smoking, you will be fined $150.00.
PETS: We do not accept any breeds that have been recognized for their violent
behavior, like a pit bull or any exotic pets. All pets must be leashed at all
times while being walked, and all owners must be prepared to pick up any
excrement left by their pets. Pets cannot be left unattended in the units or
on the decks at any time! Should we receive any complaints regarding pets
barking, there is a $150 service charge plus any charges necessary for another
guest needing to be relocated to another unit due to disturbance.
Pet Fee is $17.50 per night plus tax and processing..
Please note: We are not responsible for any children or pets leaving or
entering the fenced area. Please supervise children and pets while in the
fenced area and do not leave unattended.

Property was okay, nice room. We were there for 3 days, and not once did we have housekeeping come in to get dirty towels, etc., or check to make sure we had coffee for the coffee maker, clean cups, or anything else that is "normally" done when a room is rented. I don't care that the beds weren't made, much less clean bedding, but the little amenities weren't even done that you would have expected at a motel. I surely would not recommend the Joplin Inn to anyone, because of the aforementioned reasons.
