Please note, per HOA restrictions: No street parking in front of the house. Trailers and boats must be parked in the garage overnight. No trailers, boats, semi-trucks, etc may be parked in the driveway or on the street overnight. There is a fine of $50 if this policy is violated. Thank you for your understanding.
Based on the extensive deep cleaning necessary for longer stays, any booking of more than 7 nights will incur an additional $75 cleaning fee that will be requested shortly after booking. This fee covers the extra laundry and time needed to prepare the home for the next guests.
