Wel situated in 12e the property is nice and clean. But the kitchen faucet needs repair as two of the four chairseats and one of the bedside lamps. Not onely is it not practical but it gives also unrest even if one is not te blame.

What an absolutely cute apartment this is! It is in a beautiful area only a two minute walk from the metro and a gorgeous little downtown with places to eat drink and socialize. No air conditioning, but that is pretty common for Paris and they are open about that. Everything in the apartment worked, and for Paris, was well appointed. The only thing was the kitchen. No plates and not a lot of glasses, but it does have a stove and a microwave and a washer. Would stay here again in a heartbeat – felt very safe and welcome.
