This beautifully landscaped home with gracious sitting porch awaits you and your family. Newly renovated master king bedroom and bath are located on the main floor as well as a queen guest room with bath. A spacious great room that flows to the porches, pool and great outdoor space allows for family gatherings and hours of entertaining. Updated kitchen looks over Sawyer Lane and opens to the pool area for easy outdoor dining. Lovely Dade County Pine floors throughout and plenty of natural Key West sunshine from the many windows and doors. The second floor has a bonus room featuring a king, bath, office and rooftop sun deck.
PARKING...
There is parking for up to two vehicles in gated driveway.
PETS...
This home is not pet-friendly, however the owner may consider making exceptions for certain sizes/breeds. Please feel free to inquire in advance of booking.
MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS...
For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:
Mid-stay clean
Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable)
Pet fee (if applicable)
BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.
CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!
CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).

The house and grounds are beautiful, the location is perfect, and you can even park two cars. What more could you ask for? The property manager was quick to respond to any issue. There were a couple of maintenance problems, which were resolved the same day with little inconvenience. We would definitely return to this house.

This house is a perfect spot to spend a month in Key West! We did NOT want to leave.... Easily walkable to Duvall and all surrounding areas. Porch and Pool are perfect escape from mid afternoon heat before heading out to happy hour. Office space was an exactly what we needed to get some remote work done. Kitchen had everything we needed. House was clean and well decorated. Property managers were a breeze to deal with. Definitely hope to stay in this house again.

We have rented 3x in Key West over the years: 3/2020, 3/2022, and Sept. 2024. This was our favorite rental thus far. Let me first speak about the flexibility and great customer service of the listing company, Best of Key West. They handled our scheduling needs graciously when we needed change the date of our rental and to another listing a few months before our scheduled rental. Also, thank you Shana for being a great property manager.The house, The Seashell, was spectacular and obviously well cared for by the owners. A highlight is the location, which is in Old town, within a few blocks from the Seaport (2 min walk to Schooner's Wharf) and a 6 minute walk to Duval. Central to everything. The pictures of the house don't do the property justice..... comfortable beds, big glass doors off the family room and porch over looking the amazing pool, fenced in yard WITH DRIVEWAY with a sliding gate for security and privacy. I can go on and on about this quaint, clean, and comfortable location at 311 William Street. We will certainly be back!
