Late Checkout after 10am - $25 per hour for first 4 hours, $100 per hour after 2pm. You are welcome to request early or late checkout ahead of time without charge, and we can check with our guest schedule to accommodate accordingly.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

If you are looking for a great property, centrally located that has all the luxury feels…this is it, look no further. This property was fabulous. The pictures do not do this property justice. I will look to rebook the next time I’m in Atlanta.

This place is amazing! She thought of EVERYTHING. I travel a lot, and hands down; this is the most amazing place I’ve ever stayed. The neighborhood is very quiet, accommodations are immaculate, well stocked, and in a perfect location. I was in town for a conference at the GWCC; it took me minutes to get there everyday. I cook A LOT, and the beautiful kitchen has everything I needed to create scrumptious meals. The owner’s attention to detail is second to none. She is very communicative, highly responsive. I WILL be back! Please, DO NOT look at any other VRBO if you are coming to Atlanta! She has so many creature comforts, ping pong, billiards, a nice patio, many TV’s, a laundry room, comfy beds, beautiful decor. Melissa, thank you a million times for an amazing experience.

This property was PERFECT for me and my friends. Easy for us to get to Mercedes Benz. Perfect for us to all get ready together and enjoy a fun time!
