Family Condo on the Bay

This was the perfect place to spend our vacation! If tranquil relaxation is what you’re looking for, , then this condo is for you! It’s located on the bay in a quiet area thats within a short drive to the beach. Grandkids loved the awesome pool which had a beautiful view of the bay. This condo was everything we hoped it would be and more. Lauren was great to work with, she was very helpful and communication with her was excellent. Thank you Lauren for sharing your family’s place with us.. it was great to spend a very relaxing week in such a beautiful place! We will definitely be back! Christine

We stayed at Family Condo on the Bay for 5 nights. Very clean, nicely decorated, and kitchen eqipment & utensils were adequate. You do need to bring sheets & towels! Had not heard from the host about our check in code, but when I called & left her a message, she got back to me quickly! Our stay was great! The grounds & pool are well kept! Beautiful pool & beautiful view! We watched beautiful sunsets from our porch. Nice playset for our 2 granddaughters! Grocery & drugstores and restaurants near by. But also can drive a few miles for even more selections. Nice quiet area! This was our 1st trip to Bethany Beach area and we may go back! The beach itself was very crowded, but everyone was well behaved, no loud individuals or radios. And having life guards was a plus! We hope to come & stay again!

We were the first guests to stay at this VRBO. We gave some suggestions of things they should add to their special instructions. Otherwise, it was a very nice place. Super location. Close to the beach and good restaurants. Host responded quickly to questoons.
