About this farm stay rental
independent farmhouse facing south on 2500m2 of fenced land planted with oaks and olive trees. Quiet environment not overlooked 700m from the village of Sainte cécile les vignes. Ideally located for visits, ideal stay with family or friends.

Living room with bay window, tv, dvd, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine and various accessories. 1 wc and a bathroom on the ground floor. 1 independent garage. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 with 160 cm bed), one (with 0.90 cm beds) 1 shower room and separate wc.
Oil central heating (£ 70 flat rate) per week depending on season. Sheets £ 10 per bed, towels £ 5 per person. Cleaning £ 50 at your convenience.
THE GITE IS NON SMOKING. PETS ARE NOT ACCEPTED .

Wonderful surroundings with typical southern france atmosphere. House was clean and did not lack anything. Host is very friendly, but you have to dust of your french. Very close to Gigondas and other wonderful small towns.
Think we might return to this wonderful spot. Especially if you like food and wine, I can recommend this part France
