Welcome to your new home away from home! This stunning single-level property boasts an open floor plan that is perfect for relaxing with the family. The cheerful modern decor is sure to brighten your day, and the property is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a washer and dryer, and TVs in all bedrooms.
This property is located in a gated resort community that provides free parking, ensuring that you and your family will be safe and secure throughout your stay.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
*PARKING: There is a $20 resort parking pass required per vehicle that will be charged at the gate upon entering.
** No Parking inside the garage…
*POOL HEATING: Can be added as an additional service to the reservation. It is an additional $30/night and has to be there for the entire stay. Please give us notice 48 hours prior to check in date.
*PET POLICY : Small Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $150 and must submit a photo of pet for approval.
*Barbecue Grill: Free to use as is, must request for it to be pre-cleaned before your reservation and it will be a $50 additional cleaning fee.
*Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
*** No Smoking/No vaping inside the house… There will be a $500 fee assessed to any guest smoking inside the home.
*** There will be a late check out fee assessed to guest who does not vacate the home by check out time. The late fee is $100 per hour past the check out time of 10am.
