Pollensa Old Town is around a 10 minute drive away, while the sandy beach, marina and seafront restaurants of Puerto Pollensa can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car. Back at the villa, the spacious garden and private swimming pool provide a relaxing retreat, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the area. This impressive 3 bedroom villa is a great choice for a laid-back Majorca holiday. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.
Located in the area of Aumadrava on the outskirts of Pollensa, Villa Bauza is around a 10 minute drive from Pollensa (Pollenca) Old Town, where you’ll find a good choice of authentic Spanish restaurants set around the traditional main square. The seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa (Puerto Pollenca) is approximately 15 minutes’ drive away and offers a more contemporary feel, with chic seafront bistros, a long sandy beach and a selection of beachwear shops. Golf courses can be reached within around 15 minutes by car, while families will also find a popular waterpark and a variety of attractions within a 20 minute drive, giving you plenty of options for days out during your stay.
