About this house rental
"Roucou" is nestled in a lush, green setting, offering complete privacy at the Zandolikoko vacation rentals in Sainte-Anne, on Helleux Beach.
This two-bedroom apartment is perfect for couples and families and can accommodate up to 4 adults (and 2 additional children)
Upon request, up to two children can be accommodated on extra beds or bamboo benches in the living room; please specify this when making your reservation.
It consists of:
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a 140x190 bed equipped with a large mosquito net + a closet (one bedroom furnished with teak and the other with bamboo).
- a large main room with: TV, shelves, a fan, and 3 bamboo benches that can be used as extra beds for children.
- a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet
Outside, you’ll find a covered patio with outdoor furniture and a fully equipped kitchen (glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, oven)
There’s also an outdoor shower, a clothesline, a hammock, and a large deck with four lounge chairs for napping in the shade of the mango tree.
On the terrace, you can connect to the internet (Wi-Fi). (Depending on your device, you may also be able to connect indoors.)

A 500-meter walk takes you to Helleux Beach (Gros Sable Beach). You can swim at this beach, and beginners can safely take surfing lessons.
A 10-minute walk will take you to the Pierre et Vacances beach. To get there, walk along the coastline through the “50 Pas Géographiques” protected area, which offers a magnificent view of Marie-Galante. The beach is public, with white sand and coconut palms.
A 15-minute walk will take you to the postcard-perfect beaches of Bois Jolan. Here, too, you’ll enjoy a superb walk through the hills amidst the sugarcane fields. You’ll walk past ponds where you can watch birds. This is also a car-free protected area.
By car, for shopping, you can reach the hamlet of Châteaubrun in 2 minutes, where you’ll find a gas station, a bakery, a mini-market, a doctor’s office, a pharmacy, a physical therapist, and more…
A 5-minute drive away, there’s a small shopping center with a Leader Price and a bakery.
The nearest bus stop is 1 km away.
We provide sheets, bath towels, and dish towels (changed weekly).
We can provide a crib and a high chair upon request.
