About this apartment rental

Well maintained Duplex home with a large private driveway and patio in the back. No sharing whatsoever! New paint throughout, clean laminate flooring in the living room and kitchen. Large eat in kitchen fully equipped with all large appliances and all small wares. Perfect first floor unit with only 5 steps to enter the building and no steps inside. New Queen size beds/Mattresses in both bedrooms. Private off-street parking is provided in a safe quiet neighborhood. All it is missing is you!
Please note this is a duplex home with a tenant in the upstairs unit, they are very quiet and respectful so we ask the same for any guests in this first floor unit.
Our listing is new here but it's been on for years in Airbnb, check us out in there for a ton of great reviews

Property was clean, nice neighborhood and easy to find. Within driving distance of shopping and restaurants. Appreciated the fans in the bedroom. Easy check in and check out process.

could be cleaner several dishes were in cabinet with food on them the stove was dirty. Host was very helpful shopping near was convenient there it was very quiet.
