This spacious condo has vaulted ceilings with water views of the Bay and you can even see the Ocean from the balcony! Walking distance to pools, shops, Ocean & Bay beaches, and restaurants & tiki bar. The kitchen is fully equipped for making big breakfasts and seafood dinners. Morning coffee tastes better on our relaxing waterview balcony.

Very well-kept property, great location with outstanding amenities. Walking path was very enjoyable for walks and staff were courteous and friendly. Loved the pool and beach on the bay. Would definitely return.

We loved staying at this condo for our week in OCMD. It was very clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful. The location was perfect. We would definitely stay there again!

Condo exceeded our expectations! Clean, comfortable, fully stocked kitchen and perfect location. Absolutely stunning sunsets from the balcony! Beach access right beside us, plus the water views were perfect. Have stayed ocean front for over thirty-eight years. First time on Sunset Island. Children and grandchildren all agreed they want to come back to stay here.
