Loved the condo! It was very clean and just right for our family of 3. Very short walk to the beach and AC worked great as well! Great communication with owner as well and would highly recommend!

I will tell the good and the bad in this review. The condo itself is decorated nicely and was fairly clean upon arrival. The condo owner Ronnie was helpful on getting me some information on the area prior to arrival and was responsive while we there. past that we hit some issues. When opening on of the 2 sliding glass doors it was off the track and had a hard time getting it closed back. The master bathroom sink was almost completely clogged and would not drain. The master bedroom mattress was an old Sears thin mattress with 2 cheap mattress pads put on top of it, not very comfortable! The hall bathroom toilet was leaking between the tank and the bowl. There were 5 remotes in the living room to operate the TV, satellite box and dvd player. The one for the TV had no batteries or back to hold batteries had tape on the back. I programed the satellite box remote to run both the box and TV. The master bedroom TV had similar issues had 2 remotes and neither would change the volume on the TV. So I programed the satellite remote again to run them both and then could change the volume. The refrigerator had one broken bottom drawer which made it about useless and there was water that dripped down inside and we had to continuously wipe it up. The silverware, pots and pans and dishware looked like it was purchased at a yard sale. It was lacking and mismatched. The toaster barley worked and the can opener didn't work at all. I don't think that the owner was very experienced in renting condos as I have rented at least one a year for more than 35 years. Hopefully Ronnie can make proper changes to make it a unit more inviting before renting in the future.
