everything was fine. This is the second time we’ve used this property. The only issue with the apartment, was that the water pressure was so horrible, it was almost impossible to shower and wash your hair. Everything else was super.

This was a great location for our family. It had the feel of a nice hotel with the luxuries of an upscale apartment. We loved the modern look, all the amenities, separate bathroom from the kids, and proximity to the Metro. The management was easy to contact although the front desk people (they are separate from Global btw) are not helpful. If you need anything during your stay, reach out to the number provided. They are great!

The apartment was nice and clean but not the place I reserved.
The apartment supposed to have large windows with partial street view, not the place we stayed.
The kitchen was equipped well except the pot to make pasta.
Also one of the bathroom didn’t have the waste basket.
If this apartment was the one I choose I’ll be happier with my stay

The apartment was really nice. We had pool access which was nice as well. Downside to booking with global luxury suites is that there wasn't enough blankets for someone to sleep on the couch. And we asked the front desk if they could give us an extra blanket, they never did. Customer service is basically non existent. But overall it was a nice stay and we had lots of fun .
