The Loft is a spacious, 645-sqf studio apartment with soaring vaulted ceilings. The apartment is beautifully appointed with retro touches. The open concept space has a living area, kitchen with bar seating for 2, dining table and chairs for 4, a sleeping area and a bathroom with tub & shower combo. With a queen bed and a large sofa that converts into a comfortable full-size bed, you can sleep 2-4 people comfortably. There is a TV with Amazon fire stick to stream your favorite shows and a Bluetooth sound bar. The Loft is located above a two-car garage on the 112-year-old Historic Hampton House 1908 estate.
The Loft is only blocks to downtown Pickens and the Market on Mill marketplace, 1 block to the Doodle Trail and a short drive to the mountains and lakes. With downtown Greenville, 5 gorgeous state parks and 2 lakes all within a 30-minute drive, there's lots to do!
