We liked the location, the furnishings were of nice quality. The building was extremely clean and it was nice to have an elevator.
When we arrived we sent you an email with what we were missing and what we thought of the place, we even compared it to the "Hanna" which we re ted a few days before. We never heard back from anyone, so we did without the items we requested and felt disappointed in your lack of response. This was our 3rd time renting from Solaga and the 1st time as a self check in. No one ever checked with us to make sure we checked in okay which would of been nice.

We were really grateful for the flexibility in both letting us get in early and also leaving a little later. Realise it was a quite time of year but it made our holiday so much more pleasurable.
Have used Solaga in the past and have always been impressed with them.Cannot think of any improvements.
