We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great communication, and the place was as pictured. Walking distance to downtown Banff and other attractions. I love some of the extra-thoughtful touches, like the chocolate and bear spray to borrow.

Great location, free parking and prompt responses from Jolene. We'd do it again.

Such an amazing property! We had everything we needed! The bed was extra comfortable! Great communication with the hosts!

My biggest issue with the stay was that the place did not have air conditioning. There was no mode of ventilation and the only option was to have windows open but that means bugs coming in the room. For the kind of money charged, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
