Close to several restaurants and supermarkets, this three-room apartment on the ground floor is part of a structure that includes another adjacent apartment and the main house on the first floor. It has a private parking inside the structure where you can leave the car to reach the sea at 350mt. Wide spaces, tranquility and proximity to the sea make this apartment an excellent solution to enjoy a holiday in complete tranquility but one step away from the splendid sea of the Eastern Sardinian coast and the nightlife of Budoni and of San Teodoro.

LATE CHECK-OUT
Late check-out after 10:00 a.m. is subject to availability and an additional charge of €40 from January to May and from September to December. For the months of June, July and August of 70€. Extra: EXTRA STAY ANIMALS
Where not expressly stated, animals are allowed. An extra €20.00/night per pet and an extra cleaning fee of €50.00 per stay will be charged

upon request, additional linens will be provided in addition to those already included in the normal cleaning - The entire bedding set (top and bottom sheets + pillowcases), the entire bath set (small bidet sponge, medium face sponge and large shower sponge + shower mat will be provided), courtesy kit as the initial one.
