Solid property with all of the essentials! Beds were comfortable, plenty of space to hang inside to play poker, euchre and watch games. Backyard(a tad small) was another good spot to hang, grill and relax. Enough roo for cornhole or kids to run around and play. Only minor complaint is no coffee pot, there was a Kueig though. I would stay there again!

Loved this house. We arrived to find a house that not only matched what was advertised online but also looked like it had never been lived in—everything was spotless clean. I also appreciated the property owner thinking of “the little things” that folks sometimes forget when on vacation—like soap, shampoo, and even toothbrushes! Overall it was a great weekend that I absolutely would love to stay here again.

This home has lovely open space on the first floor and a large 8-seater kitchen table which made it the perfect place for family members to be all together to prepare decorations, food and other items for a large wedding shower at a nearby facility. The bedrooms are incredibly spacious. The unexpected bonus was a lovely covered porch with a view of the small lake in the neighborhood.

Stayed here for a week visiting family for Christmas. The house was perfect. Communication with Crystal was excellent. Check in and out was seamless. Will stay here again next time in town and highly recommend.

This house was clean, recently updated and conveniently located. The property manager was responsive and helpful. There is room for two cars in the (short) driveway. We were there three nights over Christmas and there were cars lined up, parked, on both sides of the street. Not sure if that's how it always is or if it was the holiday. We would recommend this property.

My family came for a concert and this house was perfect. The distance to Ruoff was short and also close to a lot of cool shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again!

We chose this property due to the proximity to the amphitheater. It did not disappoint! A 5 min drive to concert! The host was very easy to communicate with. The house was clean and easy to navigate. The small touches were a bonus - shampoo/conditioner in the shower, toothbrushes by sink, keurig k cups. Check in and check out procedures were a breeze. Highly recommend this property.

This home is in an easy to find neighborhood near to everything we needed. The check in and out process was smooth and communication was top notch! Would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

I held a women's retreat from March 21-24. The home is beautiful and accommodated all the women well. There were minor issues that the property owner responded to almost immediately (when/if necessary). Something that future travelers should be aware of is: There are no vents in the master bedroom suite. The master bedroom was noticeably colder than the rest of the home. We had to adjust the thermostat to help alleviate the coldness but then the rest of the occupants in other rooms were too warm. Eventually, we slept with the master bedroom door open so that warm air would enter the room. Also, there were a lot of ants. On our second night, ants were crawling on the table, counters, floors, and in the bathrooms (all on the lower level). I called the home owner and was able to access the garage for the bug spray (that was to be used by her husband who was going to come and spray). Unfortunately, we could not wait for her husband so we sprayed inside the home in the kitchen and dining area. Eventually, the husband did come and spray around the outside of the home. However, it did not make a difference because the ants were still getting into the home.

Great place and attention to cleanliness. Saw that we had a little struggle with lock and attended to it immediately. Plenty of towels and soap, etc. Could use a couple extra chairs to eat together as well as mixing bowls, cookie sheet, & utensils. We were here for a basketball tournament and it was a good place to be. Thank you so much!!!

The house was exactly as shown! communications was good! One thing I would say would be a nice add is mirrors in the rooms. The only mirrors in the house are in the bathroom. As we were getting ready for a wedding it would have been nice to have a mirror in the room and some full length mirrors! When someone was in the bathroom with 8 people there wasn’t anywhere to look in a mirror! Otherwise good stay! Thanks!!

We loved our stay here! Everything was clean and organized. It had everything we needed, plus some. Getting in + locking up were extremely easy. My only note to those with kids - the stairs were a little scary with having a 2.5 year old + 15 month old with us. I would recommend bringing a baby gate - HOWEVER, that would not affect my rating + I would definitely stay here again.

Great weeklong stay in Noblesville!! Hosts were super communicative and friendly, quickly responding to my questions and checked in partway through the stay to ensure everything was going ok. Check-in and check-out were both super simple with clear instructions provided. House was extremely clean, spacious downstairs and sizeable bedrooms with super comfortable beds. Large tvs in every room if you just want to relax. Kitchen basics provided if you want to cook, as well as a full-size washer and dryer with detergent and fabric softener. There is a short flight of stairs to the second floor, which could be considered steep if you have mobility issues. Quick drive to Noblesville commercial or downtown areas. Would highly recommend a stay here!!

This home is amazing! The decor is classy, calming and beautiful. The owner did a quality job with this home. The floors, the fixtures, the washer and dryer and even the consumables like laundry/dish detergent, coffee, etc. were all top notch. My husband even commented on the fresh smelling y towels. This home even had the details of a hotel with shampoo and body wash dispensers. It was extremely clean and I am very picky! I appreciated the new roll of paper towels and toilet paper. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were perfectly spaced apart. The area is nice and quiet and was located within 7 minutes to restaurants and stores. The host was accessible if we needed anything but honestly they thought of everything when stocking this home. We hope it will be available the next time we are back in the area. Definitely the best around!
