Located on the 2nd level in the desirable Mammoth Estates community, this unit offers electric heating throughout and a private outdoor deck ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing with your favorite drink while soaking in the peaceful mountain atmosphere. Whether you're visiting in winter or summer, this is one of the best locations in Mammoth. Just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, you’ll have effortless access to dining, shopping, nightlife, and the slopes without the hustle and bustle. After a day of exploring the mountains or hiking the nearby trails, unwind by the propane fireplace with slate hearth in the cozy living area and enjoy a movie on the 60" flatscreen TV, or gather for meals at the dining table with seating for four. The full kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The sleeping area includes a Queen bed with a walled partition for added privacy, and there’s also a pull-out sofa bed for additional guests. Conveniently located across the street from a shuttle stop to take you around town. Guests enjoy access to one unassigned outdoor parking space. The amenities at this complex come with a year round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, laundry facilities and during the summer months only an outdoor pool. Clean studio. Easy check-in. Nice mud room / ski room at the entrance of the condo. Kitchen had drip coffee maker with filters, Keurig, pots/pans and dishes. 5 min. walk to Mammoth Village and gondola to Canyon Lodge. Management was available by phone when I had questions. I would stay here again.

We were happy with the cleanliness of the condo...and it was comfortable for us. The only reason we wouldn’t rent it again would be the location near the pool. The noise factor was bad, especially when 15 or more teenage boys and girls were in the pool yelling and using inappropriate language and appeared to be unsupervised. Not too relaxing. Also when we took our dog out in evenings for walks the loud parties going on in other units was a bummer for other nearby families in the units next to them.
