About this house rental
Stylish, cozy 2/2.5 townhouse in the heart of Tampa! Quiet location with easy access to downtown, SoHo, Hyde Park Village, Stadium, Amelia Arena, Convention center and the Univ. of Tampa. Walking distance to shopping, local coffee shops, bars and restaurants.
The place is a short Uber ride to Tampa International Airport and Raymond James Stadium.
The home features 2 king bedrooms with full bathrooms, a workspace and large open living space with a smart tv!
-- No smoking inside the house at any point.
-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (4 Max).
-- No more than 4 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway / on street.
-- The pet fee of $185 ( up to 2 pets) must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose.
-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.
-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock all doors before you leave the home.

All cancellations are subject to a 3% nonrefundable credit card processing fee.

This house was the perfect place to stay for our Tampa trip. It was clean and the hosts were very responsive and quick to answer. We were 2 couples and the 2 bedroom house was nice and in a nice neighborhood. Each room has its own bathroom. They had all of the needed kitchen supplies, beach towels, great internet and great AC. Highly recommend!
