This adorable home was the original farm house in this rural estate neighborhood, located on a cul-de-sac at the top of a breezy hill. Remodeled with new kitchen/bathroom, luxury vinyl flooring, new paint & fixtures. The bedroom has a queen bed and a lovely view. 700 sq ft house features a private fenced yard with outdoor dining and umbrella. Full sized side-by-side washer/dryer.

We really enjoyed our short stay here. Lovely neighborhood.The place was really clean, but the floor wasn't, so I'd just suggest bringing some house shoes if you are used to walking barefoot. And also, it's bring-your-own coffee (there is a coffee pot).

House was clean and pretty well-equipped. The A/C in both the bedroom and living room worked great. Location is quiet with a nice view but it was a bit hard to find the first night. It was very close to our daughter’s house, so worked out great for us. We would book again next time we visit.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilltop View Guesthouse. It was a perfect stay for me and my daughter and our 2 pups. The house had everything we needed and we loved the back fenced in patio for sitting outside. The bed was really comfortable and the home was clean. We enjoyed walking the dogs in the quiet neighborhood too.

A wonderful cottage located in a beautiful and serene neighborhood. Lovely ocean breeze. Very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.
