Exquisite brand new home in the 287 Martin Branch Subdivision. Within driving distance to historic Decatur Town Square. Just off of FM 730 and near Highway 287 which takes you down to Fort Worth. Close to Wise Health System Medical Center, Weatherford College Wise County, The Wright House Arts, Whistle Stop Cafe, Melba Doyle Park, Walmart Supercenter, and many more. There are two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and one full bathroom in this 2000 square foot home.

There is a small private room inside the property that is reserved for the owner's belongings and is not accessible to guests. Please note that no one will be staying in that room during your stay.

NO Pets allowed.
QUITE HOURS are 10PM TO 8AM.
NO SMOKING INSIDE. No smoking indoors policy.

This was a great vacation home and very comfortable. The reason I gave it 4 starts was because there was no internet, and the TV was really slow. If you are looking for a place to relax and unplug, this is he place for you, but I was there for work and internet would have been nice. Itwas a great place though
