Each home we’re involved with is thoroughly sanitized and aired to support your health and comfort. All linens and towels go through the sanitizer laundry cycle prior to your arrival; we do our best to provide you with the experience of truly being at "home".
Here's the perfect place for your home base while you enjoy Salida and all it has to offer you. Little Wren has a secure storage space under the front porch for your skis, tubes, snowboards, kayaks and hiking gear.
Wait until you see Wren's patio out back. It's a quiet oasis of bluestone pavers, sheltered from the afternoon sun. There's a new propane grill all set up for your barbecue.
The yard's carefully fenced 'cause your vacation home is pet friendly, too! We can accept up to two dogs while you're enjoying your stay. Of course, we know you'll use the pet poop scoop to care for their potty needs
Both the bedroom and loft have high quality new queen size mattresses so you can rest up after a big day of skiing or snowboarding at Monarch.
For the chefs, there's a full sized four burner gas stove, along with the pots, pans, condiments and utensils needed to make a five star meal right at home! Your colorful china is fun to use and enjoy. If you're just having pizza and want to paper plate it, there's tons of that, too. The full size fridge/freezer will keeps the leftovers fresh.
The combo shower/tub lets you enjoy whatever you want after a big day of playing.

This is the cutest tiny home that provided everything we needed! The kitchen and in-home laundry was fully functional and convenient. Communication with our host was timely and very courteous. The check-in process was simple. The home is within walking distance of the downtown area. We especially enjoyed the front porch for morning coffee and a beautiful view of the mountains!

My husband, dog and I decided to spend a week in Colorado to celebrate his birthday and get out of the heat of Arizona. Salida was a pleasant little town to visit with lots to see and do if you enjoy all things outdoors. Little Wren was a great home base with wonderful amenities! The space was very comfortable for being a tiny home. I was actually amazed that it had enough space to host easy 5 adults but was perfect for just us 2. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything well stocked and ready for cooking any meal while there, the bathroom had super soft towels and also big enough for two people to be in at one time. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed with plenty of space for our clothes in the closets. The front porch was nice sized to accommodate our bicycles and to enjoy an evening cocktail while watching the sunset and the local deer meander through the neighborhood. Location wise it was a a mile bicycle ride to downtown and thankfully the town is very bicycle friendly, we felt very safe taking our pup for his daily runs. We had everything we needed to feel at home. The owners were so easy to communicate with and went out of their way to make sure that the week there was special for our celebration by providing things like a gift card to an amazing yummy restaurant to having Champagne chilled & waiting when we arrived, they even provided a dog bag with goodies for our pup to spoil him as well. Thank you Bill and Toni for sharing your Little Wren!

Nice but won’t stay there again. Don’t like having to go out the front to let dogs out. Neighborhood and are is not great.
