The property is a new construction 4 bedroom 3 full bath house with double porches offering amazing views. All hardwood floors/heated master bathrooms floors. 12 Beds w/ memory foam mattresses to sleep large groups (no air mattresses needed) in each house. Large open floor plan great for all gatherings. 65" led tv with cable, 5 other flat screens in all bedrooms and fastest internet package available. All beds are brand new and have memory foam mattresses.
Massive 32 foot by 12 foot cedar pergola in backyard for parties, events and dining - tables and seats for 24.
Double decks with amazing sunset views - large outdoor sectional, fire pit and lounge chairs on bottom deck and patio set on top deck. 6 person hot tub recessed into the back deck that is professionally maintained. Brand new outdoor granite kitchen with grill, burners, sink and fridge.
Private gated parking for 6 vehicles with electronic gates and round about - so no need to back out of drive and Uber/Lyfts are able to pull around back of house and pick you up.
NASHVILLE SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT (STRP) #201541707 - Make sure wherever you stay has one! They might be shut down by Nashville codes and your reservation cancelled if they do not. MUST READ: Nashville codes also does not allow properties to advertise for more than 12 guests. If you find a rental advertising on VRBO/Airbnb for more than 12 guests it is operating in violation of codes and will lose STRP permit/get shut down and you will not having a place to stay. Family really enjoyed our stay. Close to downtown with convenient access to everywhere we wanted to go. Lots of space for our group. Property was nice, but a bit more run down than expected: broken couches, patio furniture, dishwasher tray and sketchy microwave. Kitchen lacked essentials like aluminum foil, plastic wrap and bags, and baking sheets. Family really enjoyed the outdoor decks, hot tub and grill. Michael was extremely responsive to every inquiry and always offered assistance. Would definitely recommend to others or return for another stay!

Our group of 9 (5 adults and 4 children) was very comfortable in this home. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and lots of beds. The location is close to everything, and pretty quiet. It has many kitchen appliances, but was lacking in things like a baking sheet, and forks. The grill was nice, and the deck was great! We enjoyed our stay and would suggest this place for a great stay on the Nashville area!

We had a great time visiting Nashville and staying at the property. Michael could not have been easier to work with and communication was great. The house is out of the hustle and bustle of Nashville but was only a 5-10 minute car ride from downtown. I would highly recommend staying at this location.
