An easy walk to the football stadium or the bus line. This spacious 3 bed/3 bath home has plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. Inside there is a large gourmet kitchen with huge island and plenty of seating. Open floor concept includes a lower level family room and an entry level living room which leads to a private, fenced in backyard with fire pit,picnic table and more seating. My family had a great time staying here. The house was super clean, comfortable, spacious, easily able to accommodate our big group and variety of ages (11 to 90 yrs), and full of natural light. The kitchen was clean and well equipped for cooking meals, which we greatly appreciated. Location was fantastic - quiet neighborhood but easy walking distance to campus and the stadium.
