Relax at our peaceful apart in San Marcos Tx . Perfect place to unwind from a long day of swimming in the river or shopping at the San Marcos Outlets ...Martidale ,fentress, few minutes away, New Braunfels 25min, Austin 30min, Christus Santa Rosa Hospital 4min
Kasita Maria is an attachment to the main house with separate entrance , with others renters on the surroundings units, come with Queen bed smart tv on the living room , and bedroom ,kitchenette with microwave , plates, cups utensils .
As our property is located outside city limits in a natural environment you may occasionally encounter insects such crickets , scorpions witch are part of the local ecosystem to ensure you comfort we conduct regular pest control indoors and outdoors , however we cannot guarantee the complete absence of insects or arachnids to minimize the chance of unwanted visitors , we kindly ask that you keep the doors closed when are not on use
please leave you valuables at home or keep them with you , as they won't be our responsibility thanks on advance
For you safety and security , we have cameras installed at the entrance, parking lot and back yard of the apartment

We stayed at this VRBO near Austin, Texas, for a week in October 2024. The property was as described—clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short drive to downtown San Marcos and a little over 30 min to Austin and all the attractions we wanted to visit.
Our host was fantastic, made sure that we had every thing we needed. We were greeted to complimentary cokes and snacks upon arival. We were there to enjoy the circuit of the americas as well as the Gerogia Texas games. Could not have been more pleased.
One of our favorite moments was relaxing on the patio in the evenings, enjoying the peaceful surroundings. We felt right at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches, like the welcome basket.
Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!
