Wonderful property, gorgeous views, clean and spacious. Literally couldn't be in a better spot for sunrise views and blissful days on the beach. The covered outdoor porch and dining room was so perfect—an outdoor living room while you hear the surf come in! Perfect place for our family of 6.

We had a great family vacation. This house is located in a great location between Jacksonville and St Augustine. We felt like we had our own private beach. The house is spacious and comfortable. Love the screened in porch and beach front view.

We have been doing a family vacation for about 5 years. Everyone in our family including kids say this was the best family vacation we have done. The location is great with nice restaurants close by. Close to St Augustine which is great one day visit. The beach access and view from the house was amazing. The house set up and cleanliness was perfect. The air conditioner worked great. The communication with the host was excellent. She stayed in touch and responded to all questions in a very timely manner. She also was prompt to respond to our request to check on some jewelry my daughter left at the house and arranged for return. No problems at all on this vacation. Will definitely come back and would recommend to anyone. Could not have been a better vacation.
