This two storey flat in the well known community of Las Salinas, close to the beach area of La Carihuela, gives you the feeling of comfort and allows you to relax. From the balcony you overlook the attractive pool area and the sea. Start and end exciting days on the large private terrace at the entrance of the flat. Enjoy the perfect holiday feeling in a beautiful quiet area. Sun, sea, beach, restaurants, supermarkets all within 10 minutes walking distance.

The modern open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee machine, refrigerator with a freezer and even a dishwasher.
First and second bedroom:
On the second floor of this duplex there are the two bright and friendly bedrooms, both with a double bed, large closet and direct access to the balcony.
Bathroom:
The bathroom, located on the second floor, has a shower, washbasin, Wc and storage facilities.
Guest-WC:
The guest WC with washbasin and storage facilities is accessible from the living room/kitchen area.
Terrace:
It offers a dining table and a chill-out area. For sunny days, there is an awning which covers the whole terrace.
Others:
The duplex has central air conditioning in rooms on the second floor and unit air conditioning in the down floor.
There’s a community pool to be shared with the neighbours. It is open during summer months; feel free to ask us if it is open during your stay.

Apartment has good facilities close to train stations. Pool area clean and tidy. Might not suit everyone as apartment is up hill from beach and restaurants. Not a problem though if you dont mind hill.

The apartment has everything we needed and is very well located for beaches, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. All within an easy walk.
