Dear Travelers,
Relax in the heart of Slovenia’s vineyards!
Nestled among the vineyards in the hills of Dolenjska stands a cozy vacation cottage where you can enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the breathtaking view of the surrounding hills and mountains. The tradition of winemaking dates back to 1868, but the vineyard house has now been carefully and lovingly renovated by the owner, Janez, over the course of more than a decade. Now Janez would like to share this tradition—and above all, the fruits of his labor—with his guests, and is offering the cottage for rent as a vacation home. Everything he has created is unique, and most of what you see in the pictures is the work of his own hands.
You are now cordially invited to enjoy his work, the view, the wine, and the cozy atmosphere of the place for yourselves.

This special property is perfect for those looking for a peaceful stay with spectacular views in every direction. With appreciation for the commitment that brought the house to life, we enjoyed every aspect of our stay - the warm welcome by the hosts, the comfort of the home, many great restaurant options, birds to wake us in the morning and church bells from the valley to announce the time. This place was a perfect welcome to our Slovenia adventure.

My husband and I had a lovely stay in this very unique and clean winery chalet. Nina, our host was wonderful with communication and welcoming us to Slovenia. Her English was excellent but her warmth and helpfulness was what motivated the 5 star review. The home was very clean, which is important to us and had lots of beautiful character and charm. The wine was delicious and quite an unexpected plus. We would absolutely stay here again!
