Five minute walk to restaurants and shopping in Pleasure Point. 15 minute walk into Capitola. This 3BR, 3 BA 2000 sq. ft townhome boasts every amenity and is very stylish. Reverse floor plan enables sweeping ocean views from the living room. Outside patio w plenty of room for bikes and surfboards. Six bunkbeds for kids + office for mom and dad. Gated parking.
