Beautiful new custom built home completed in July 2023 with a short walk to deeded beach access, large community pool and state park trail access. Cross walk to deeded beach access is just steps away. This home sleeps 8 comfortably with 3 full bedrooms, each with a connected bathroom. There is also an office with a twin bed. Relax on the balcony with views of the pond and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Brandon was a very responsive host! The location of Sea Colors was the perfect proximity to the beach with a crosswalk that stops traffic for you to get across. The house is very charming with subtle beach decor. Being off the main road, you only hear road noise when out on the balcony or walking in the Tannin Village neighborhood. We enjoyed the beach and everything about the house, slept great and would definitely stay at Sea Colors again!

Everything was great. We really enjoyed are stay and will be back. Everything you need is there and great location. Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Our family really enjoyed it.
