About this house rental
This gorgeous house is perfect for a group. Floor to ceiling windows with woodland view in open living room, dining room, and kitchen. Gourmet kitchen with everything needed to cook a feast. Luxurious bathrooms. Five comfortable bedrooms. Large screened in porch with fireplace, seating area, and dining area. Huge, beautifully landscaped fully-fenced backyard. Quiet neighborhood in Burlington’s south end, close to breweries, restaurants, shops, Lake Champlain, Pine St, and UVM.

Main floor of the house contains living, dining, kitchen, bonus room, mudroom, half bath, and access to screened porch, front porch, deck, and backyard...
- Entire wall of floor-to-ceiling windows offer tons of natural light and beautiful woodland views from the open living, dining, and kitchen spaces. Large sliders open up to let in fresh air and connect the house to the outside.
- Beautiful fireplace brings warmth and coziness on cool nights. Living room includes a smart television for use with your own streaming services, an electric keyboard, and lots of comfortable seating.
- Large screened-in porch with additional fireplace, dining area, and seating area to enjoy the backyard and woodland views bug-free.
- Luxurious, modern main floor half bath contains marble walls, slate floors, in-wall toilet and a large sink.

Nice, large, accommodating property! Everything was very clean and had more than ample blankets, pillows, kitchen items, and "extras" like poopori, paper towels, and towels. Great kids playroom! Gorgeous backyard! Easy, central location. We didn’t have a dog, but they had very thoughtful items for pets too (poop bags, towels, bowls).

This beautiful house felt like home for the weekend we were there! It was absolutely perfect for the celebration of our UVM grad…3 generations of family and the space was exactly what we needed and more than we could have hoped for! We highly recommend this house and we plan on returning!

The house was clean, beautifully organized, and very comfortable. Located in a quiet but convenient neighborhood, we enjoyed a wonderful long weekend in Burlington. The view of the garden and back woods from the porch or kitchen are lovely and make for a tranquil place to have coffee in the morning. The rooms are comfortably furnished. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern. Instructions for everything are clear and easy to follow. A great place to stay!

The house was spacious and very clean. It came very well-stocked with dishware and cooking supplies. The location is perfect too!
