Fits 4 adults well, but the futon is very small and although it could accommodate 2 adults it is better for children.

Excellent safe location, attractive building located very near WTC, Brooklyn Bridge, Seaport and subways! Very responsive host , enjoyed the coffee in the morning and kept us well stocked with paper towels and tp lol. Great working AC too. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
