Welcome to this spacious and modern home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths in Aurora, CO! This entire home is perfect for a whole family or a large group of folks! The 2 private suites can accommodate two separate couples with their own private showers or for those that prefer some privacy. Enjoy the spacious and recently updated home situated in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood close to Denver International Airport.
1st Bedroom: Ensuite Master bedroom located upstairs with a King bed and a private ensuite bathroom and a large walk-in closet.
2nd Bedroom: Ensuite Master bedroom downstairs in the basement with a Queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom.
3rd Bedroom: First guest bedroom with a Queen bed located upstairs.
4th Bedroom: Second guest bedroom with a Queen bed located upstairs.
1 Full Bathroom on the 2nd floor in the hallway (shared between the two guest bedrooms)
1 Half Bath on the main floor
All bedrooms have darkened window shades to block out lights for quality sleeps
Coffee and coffee maker are provided for every stay.
The back patio and the backyard is yours to enjoy! Lounge outside on those nice sunny Colorado days or enjoy some backyard BBQ grill.
