About this apartment rental
The apartment building is located directly behind the dune on Rügen’s most beautiful sandy beach, the 11-kilometer-long Schaabe. The building has an elevator and a basement for bicycles.
On the first floor is the bright, sun-drenched “Romantica” apartment with a balcony facing the sea.
The apartment has a living area of 55 square meters and is available for rent year-round. This cozy, non-smoking apartment, decorated in a Mediterranean style, accommodates 4 people in two rooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed and a living-dining room with a sleeper sofa. Integrated into the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table.
Your vacation apartment is lovingly and tastefully furnished and features, among other things, a large south-facing balcony overlooking the sea and underfloor heating. The living area offers you complete comfort with a pull-out leather couch, a Sony Full HD TV with Dolby Surround system, large floor-to-ceiling windows, a small in-house library, and a selection of board games.
Cooking enthusiasts will also find everything they need in the fully equipped kitchen. The high-quality, bright bathroom features a rain shower.
A vacation in the countryside right by the sea with a fresh sea breeze—stroll barefoot through the soft sand or bike through wonderfully idyllic pine forests—at the “Romantica” vacation apartment, your vacation begins right at your doorstep.
Road construction will take place from mid-October 2025 through the end of August 2026. This may result in restricted access.
