The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries that will fulfil your culinary requirements. Plus, there is a washer available for your laundry needs.
Both bedrooms have queen beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Porto is a coastal city in northwest Portugal known for its stately bridges and port wine production. In the medieval Ribeira (riverside) district, narrow cobbled streets wind past merchants’ houses and cafes. São Francisco Church is known for its lavish baroque interior with ornate gilded carvings. The palatial 19th-century Palácio de Bolsa, formerly a stock market, was built to impress potential European investors.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stop, EDP, is just a 1-minute walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 17-minute drive from the property.
Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The apartment was very roomy, clean, and modern stylish decoration. Love the view from the living room and the amenities such washer and drier. Convenient garage for rental cars and public transportation such outside the apartment. I strongly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay. If you like a quiet, safe, spacious apartment away from all the tourist attractions, this is the place for you. We had a car and toured the area (Douro Valley, Braga, Aveiro), so underground parking was really important for us. The location is close to all the major motorways. You can reach the historic old part of Porto by bus or taxi within minutes. The kitchen is well equipped. The TV was not working for a few days, but the management sorted it out. They communicated well. There are no restaurants or supermarkets close by. Overall we enjoyed the apartment and evenings sitting on the balcony. No sunsets though, but you get the morning sun to enjoy your coffee. Thanks for everything!

I have to say that I was somewhat disappointed with the apartment. The layout was nice & easily accommodate 4 adults. There were no written instructions in the apartment about how to use the appliances, i.e. coffee maker, washer/dryer, AC units. There was no information about the neighborhood; where were the closest markets, cafes, which bus to take to get into the historic district, etc. I suppose the assumption is that everything can be found on-line. One of the selling points of the apartment is the deck looking over the Duoro river. Many of the deck board should be replaced. Some, not all, were very wobbly & soft. In addition, the glass door that led to the deck was filmy, dirty & streaked which was most obvious first thing in the morning when the sun was shining in. The management company was responsive when I had a question which was appropriated. But all in all, I can't highly recommend this place. In my opinion it needs some TLC to make it a comfortable, accommodating place to stay. Eileen Dwyer
