Welcome to Sunrise View - one of the finest and largest properties on The Bay Filey with panoramic views of Filey Bay and unobstructed views of Bempton Cliffs
Featuring downstairs bedroom, shower room, huge kitchen, balcony with sea view, patio, log burner and stunning master suite - this is truly a special home from home and really is suitable for "something special".
Enter through the side porch door into the spacious hallway with cloaks / storage and family football table. To the side is a double bedroom with patio doors and ensuite shower room.
Continue across the hallway through to the living room. There is a lovely fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, tall fridge-freezer, oven/hob, microwave and washing machine.
Off the kitchen is a dining area with plenty of room for 8 people which leads to the stunning lounge area with log burner, multiple large comfortable sofas and bifold doors onto the large patio with seating and amazing access to the field - ideal for kids to play.
Upstairs there is the stunning main bedroom suite with a kingsize bed, and double futon with an ensuite shower room, seating area with bifold doors onto the balcony with views to The Sea and beyond. There are 2 further bedrooms each with 2 single beds - these share a large family bathroom.
There's a parking space for two cars and other spaces nearby for further vehicles.

Great property. Sleeps 8. Very spacious. pet friendly.Beautiful site, well maintained. Downstairs bedroom and shower room which is good for those who can’t climb stairs. Grassy area around property, good for kids to kick a ball around. Near beach. Fantastic master suite, with bifold doors and balcony overlooking area. This room has a futon that could sleep additional 2 children. Rooms are downstairs small double, and upstairs 2 x twin rooms and the master suite king bed with futon.Kitchen well equipped. Freezer … 3 drawers, so if cooking in advance and bringing food with you, you just need to be aware of this. Fridge good size. Information given beforehand excellent. Anthony very helpful in answering any questions we had and sorting things out for us. Thank you for a great holiday home.

Whilst this was not the property we booked,we were very happy with the house,lovely position,clean and comfortable.
Everything we could need was available.
Our only disappointment really is the late check in.especially in the winter months these late check in times meant we are left waiting all day to get into the property it is practically night ,the cleaners were late,they said it was because the previous people had left the property quite dirty,but they didn’t actually start to clean the property while after two. We paid for Friday to Monday,yet we can’t can not use the property for nearly all of Friday and very little of Monday,perhaps if more cleaners were employed,these problems would be gone.
We are told we could use all the facilities on site,but surely we have to access the property to gain the passes to gain entry to swimming etc.

The property was in good condition on arrival, and well equipped. The support team was very responsive when the internet went down. Great customer service overall. Would come again.

Our group of 7 friends have stayed at Sunrise View several years ago. We love the location and the spaciousness of the house. We have a friend who uses a wheelchair and the house is accessible for her.
We were disappointed though with the standard of cleanliness this time. The windows, oven and utensils needed a good clean.
The house looked tired this time but the location is still its most outstanding feature.
