Sailors Choice has an efficiency kitchen with a microwave, coffeepot, toaster, and small refrigerator freezer. This unit is not conducive to long term stays as the kitchen has no exhaust fan, stove or large kitchen appliances.
There is a CD player and television in the living room. The bedroom has one king size bed, bathroom has a shower. The balcony overlooks the downtown area, gulf and off shore islands.

We had a perfect stay. Everything was close. The room and balcony were exactly what we needed. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Communication was responsive and smooth. No complaints!

Would not have booked it, had we known. There was construction going on across the street and blocking our view of the water. Listing specified a great view of the water.
