Less than a block from Sherwin is one the most upscale restaurants in town, Top of Daytona. This 4 star restaurant features creative cuisine from atop Daytona's tallest building offer 360 degree views of the city while dining. Directly across the street from Sherwin is Cherry Hill Ice Cream Café and Beachcomber Park. 3 beach-side parks are less than a quarter mile from Sandpoint featuring beach-side amenities, playgrounds, and splash pads. The Shore Resort and Spa is only building a couple buildings over and features many upscale and casual restaurants as well as a full Spa that allows day guests.
Each room in this beautiful unit is tastefully adorned with televisions, linens and décor. This condo includes not one, but two balconies. The first balcony provides a gorgeous ocean view and starts at the living room and extends past the kitchen and onto the primary suite. The second balcony holds a garden view and offers a private space just off the guest bedroom. The unit also includes a private laundry room for added convenience.
The primary suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, and a private sliding glass door to the wraparound balcony. The ensuite primary bathroom has an over-sized shower-tub combo and double vanity. The guest bedroom contains a queen bed, walk-in closet, an adjacent full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. Love the rock/rebel themed deco, great amenities in the building (pool, gym, beach access, covered parking, game room with pool table).Very good location too :- 2 min drive to publix, winn dixie or walgreens- 1 hr drive to Orlando, Cape Canaveral or St AugustineMy only complain is that there was no kitchen hood, wich makes boiling water or cooking quite a hassle, and that both of the bathrooms cabinets, sinks and faucets were worn.

The condo was just as the pictures show. This was a great property with the exception of the noise from the property next door. Loved the patio as it had sun all day long.Would also be nice if the kitchen table would have been normal height and with 6 chairs. Would stay in 107 again.
