In addition, we have placed 4 outside cameras.

The dining table comfortably seats 10 people.

The sliding floor-to-ceiling glass doors open completely to the amazing pool so you can enjoy both spaces at once.

Parking for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway.

Keys are left securely in a lockbox on the front door, we will send a personalized door code 2 days prior to your check in date.
★ SMOKING ★
No Smoking indoors. You can smoke on the deck though.
★ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ★
Care of the Villa - Please remember that you are staying in our home away from home. Please treat our Villa with respect.
Please note that Tulum is currently going through a big expansion and very much in development. What makes this growing town magical can also sometimes turn into inconveniences as the infrastructure is not that of a major city most of us are used to.
-Water, Electricity and/or wifi interruptions - Very rare but sometimes as construction is taking place the city might do changes to cabling that could result in outages. Our team is dedicated to resolving any issues as soon as possible just sometimes please know they could be "out of our control".
-Noise Concern - Please note the house is located in a community with the probability of new construction developments due to new houses being built nearby. Construction hours could take place from Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-12pm.
-Cell Service - The house is located in a new part surrounded by jungle so cell service can be poor for certain people depending on their carrier. The high speed fiber wifi is sufficient for wifi calling and video calling. We also have a land line in case of emergencies.
- Safety - The Villa is located within a gated community with a security guard 24/7. We do suggest still locking all doors and windows when departing the Vila and placing all valuables in the safes provided. For security reasons, we have placed 4 outside cameras in place.
- Party Noise - As a community within our gated community we have agreed with our neighbors that events, party and large gatherings noise should not continue after midnight. Unfortunately sometimes guest do not respect the rules and this could occur but in the case it happens you can always contact us for us to talk to the owners within the community to put a stop to this. If it happens to be outside our gated community sadly there is little we can do in Mexico.

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The house was modern, impeccably clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—we could walk to many restaurants, shops, and attractions, making our trip even more enjoyable. The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring all our questions and needs were quickly addressed. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

This villa was truly amazing! We had an amazing time, the host was very amazing and was able to assist us with every request! The pool was beautiful and stays clean despite the jungle surrounding it. I would 100% recommend staying here. I traveled with 2 other women and we always felt safe in the villa, the gated community made us feel even better. I have nothing but good things to say about this property. 10/10 recommend staying here!!

Was a beautiful space for a bachelorette trip! Mostly positive experience and just a few cons. Place looks just like the photos. LOVED that each room had its own bathroom. Place has all your basic essentials which made it easy to stay. Very peaceful by the pool and it’s kept clean daily. Easy check in/out. Team is very responsive and their recommended concierge service with Galia was super helpful for the trip.
Few concerns. Lots of mosquitoes (but that’s all of Tulum) which the host did warn us about, so thank you! Because of mosquitoes we couldn’t open the large window doors like we wanted. There is a guard service in the neighborhood but oddly there were a few times at night the guard wasn’t there and we had someone try to enter one night claiming food delivery when we didn’t order anything. Luckily we had a private chef that day and he handled it for us.
Overall this is definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to others!
