We enjoyed our stay here in Charlotte! The house gave our group of 9 plenty of space. The view and outdoor area in the back was awesome for us as the weather held out. I think the only knock was that the grill was dirty upon arrival and after a short brushing effort decided to avoided using, but the kitchen was more than adequate to fire up the food we needed. The location was great and house came as advertised, would stay again!

The property is beautiful and has a fully stocked kitchen to cook in and a lovely view of the river. It was so peaceful. The host was amazing and also answered any concerns in a timely fashion

Pros: property was very close to the white water rafting center, which is why we chose the house. Plenty of space and beds for large group/families. Games in basement was good for kids. Bathrooms for each bedroom was nice. Plenty of parking. Cons: Dryer was broken and we had many clothes and towels to wash post rafting/lake day. Beds were squeaky and loud mattress covers. The general necessities (esp when you are guests traveling in by plane) were not provided. No general spices for cooking and didn’t even have enough forks for all our guests each meal. The dock was very unsteady and unsafe for kids. There was a pool that we had no idea about (not mentioned at all in the listing) which was very gross and unusable which was a shame. It also was not gated which should be mentioned as safety precaution for family with kids.
