In the heart of the village of Sainte Marie between vineyards and sea in a private road in total privacy, Villa Calie is a 220m2 house decorated with taste and originality. A stone's throw from the sea and the shops, it is the ideal place for peaceful and pleasant holidays. Organized in a main house of 4 bedrooms around a heated outdoor swimming pool, it communicates with another house of 2 bedrooms to make a vast whole where each one benefits from its private entrance. This is an ideal configuration for several families or for a family with teenagers looking for independence.
